The "Downtown" massage experience was truly unique, offering a variety of flavors and warm aroma oils that melted away my stress. The spa facilities, including a sauna and massage room, added to the rejuvenating experience.The hotel's business facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped conference room and business area, perfect for any work-related needs. The fitness center and sun terrace provided various recreational opportunities to unwind after a long day.The staff, always helpful and accommodating, made my stay seamless. From the 24-hour reception to the shuttle service for pickups, every detail was carefully managed. I appreciated the late check-out service, allowing me to enjoy the leisure facilities a bit longer. In essence, Downtown offers a balanced mix of business amenities and leisure facilities, making it a great choice for a serene stay in Sofia.
